Centerally located just an hour and a half from Sydney or 2 hours from Canberra.In an area that everyone loves to visit. The loft at Belvedere is tucked into a quiet corner at the end of a cul du sac.It overlooks the Wingecarribee river with tranquil rural views of horses and cattle grazing.This is picturesque Burradoo an area that is renowned for its magnificent homes and famous gardens & beautiful walks. The bike/walking track can be accessed through the gate at the bottom of an acre of lovely gardens.

Situated just 2ks from Bowral with it's fun shops and boutiques/coffee shops & resturants.And just a short drive to many attractions such as golf galleries & museums,the book trail & wineries plus gardens.With an easy drive to historic Berrima,Mittagong,
Moss Vale,Burrawang,Sutton Forest,
Exeter,Robertson & Bundanoon.
There is always a market on somewhere!
