Cottage, Holiday house, 4WD tour

Coach cottage is a converted two storey stone barn
attached to Coach House. With exposed stone walls, a mezzanine bedroom under the beams and a wood burning stove it is a charming and cosy
retreat ideal for couples.

The Lounge is open to the roof and is comfortably furnished with a 3 piece cottage suite, antique farmhouse dining table and huge original armoire. There is a small television with satellite receiver and DVD player. We offer WIFI internet connection.

The kitchen, although compact, has everything you
need for a comfortable stay. With a gas hob, full size electric oven, fridge with ice box and a washing
machine.

The cottage has its own private courtyard with
outside dining area and barbecue. Out through
the gate and down past the vegetable patch is
the access to the swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Located just off the village square the cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy all the local amenities. The famous Michelin starred restaurant �Le Vieux Logis� is only 100 metres away!
In the village we also have: the excellent Bistrot d�en face (recommended in the red guide) and a bar restaurant and pizzeria. There is a bakery and a small local grocery shop.

Locality

Tremolat is situated in the Dordogne valley and is a perfect location for exploring all the sights of this beautiful region of France. There are so many things to see here be it prehistoric caves and dwellings, chateaux or vineyards all within a short drive.

Property

The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and full sized electric oven. The shower room has just been renovated and is now a contemporary wet room. There is a private courtyard garden and access to the pool area is just through the garden gate and past the vegetable patch.
