Arthurs Seat Bayviews Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet Cul de Sac amongst native trees and gardens and is next to a bushland reserve. It is a peaceful haven attracting lots of wild-life, which complements the tranquil setting.

The accommodation is very spacious with views across the bay to the Melbourne city skyline. It is a completely separate downstairs apartment and the owner lives upstairs. The apartment has a living room the with a TV, dvd player, library and sound system. There is free WiFi internet access for your laptop. A queen sized sofa bed can accomodate a second couple or some children.

The separate bedroom has a queen size bed with ample wardrobe space. Step off the second deck from the bedroom into the treed garden with an outdoor table and chairs and soak up the bayviews.

As well as this there is a Baby Grand Piano next to the dining area for those who wish to use it. The deck off the lounge has beautiful bayviews looking across to Melbourne, capturing the night lights and wonderful evening sunsets.

The laundry/bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a BBQ on the deck for the guest's use. The bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet.

Arthurs Seat Bayviews is just two minutes drive from restaurants, shops and sandy beaches.

Its location is perfect for exploring the best that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including golf courses, tennis clubs, wineries, homesteads, gardens, sailing, surfing and much more.

Your hostess Louise is more than happy to advise on what to see and the best places to visit. The Tourist Information Centre is nearby in Dromana.
