Hilltop Luxury apt in a small building on the hills of grassina FLORENCE it comprises of 60sqms 2-bedrms 1/double & 2 single beds sleeps 4 , a kithcen/living room 1- marble bathrm & 2 private terraces . totally restored in March 2008 by BRITISH owner who took great care in the choice of matierials for the apartment.Marbles from Carrara & Verona where used in the bathroom, the sanitaries were designed by the famous DESIGNER "PHILLIPE STARK" .Hand made cotto from IMPRUNETA for the flooring.The Furnture is a typical tuscan design with hand painted decorations.Two private terraces belong to the apt which is an extra 60sqms .the front one has spectacular views on the famous CHIANTI HILLS & the back terrace overlooks olive groves for romantic dinners or aperitivos. It is a very quiet place to relax in but not isolated you have asupermarket 100m away. the car is handy for a mere 10 minute drive 4kms to the historical center of FLORENCE (parking is provided) there is a bus stop 40meters away which takes you to the center buses run every 25 minutes. VOLPE E L' UVA is a GOLFERS GALORE ! THE most famous golf course in tuscany is down the road 4kms you can reserve your tee- times before coming on line at info@golfugolino.it. Then there is all the magnificent CHIANTI WINE COUNTRY to discover GREVE... PANZANO.. IMPRUNETA... STRADA IN CHIANTI..etc which actually start at the doorstep of the VOLPE E L' UVA which is situated just off the " CHANTIGIANA" the old strada del vino that actually leads you to SIENA . GUCCI & PRADA outlets are a short drive from the apt (30 kms). A minimum of 3- DAY stay , A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 euros For breakages.also asked in cash upon arrival.
