Coign House 3 is nestled amongst a select group of beachfront homes.
The serene Australian colour scheme of this home was chosen to blend with the natural colours of the flora and fauna that surround it.
Two full decks offer panoramic views of Moreton Bay to Brisbane. Relax on the deck and enjoy the sound of the never-ending gentle roll of the waves or watch the stunning sunset. Often you may catch a glimpse of a kookaburra resting on the back deck or dolphins passing off the beach.
Beach House 3 has four spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans in each. There are 2 ½ bathrooms, two large living areas plus indoor and outdoor dining areas. The large spacious kitchen with island bench and seating is a great place to whip up a casual, holiday dinner.
Kitchen: Large, open and airy with island bench; microwave, European appliances, gas cooktop, gas oven, large refrigerator.
Additional permanent features: BBQ; fully insect screened, fans throughout, 1 colour TV, VCR, DVD, stereo in upper living room.
Plasma wall screen TV in lower living room.
NB: Main bedroom has queen size bed, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have double beds, 4th has 2 single beds.
