The Villa is beautifully positioned to benifit from the sun, summer and winter.
Modern furnishings and fit out with Plasma TV, DVD, Ipod, Internet and phone. 3 double bedrooms upstairs with ensuite and balcony to the master. A second bathroom with full size bath and shower over, Ducted heating and cooling and a securty system for your peace of mind.
Downstairs is open plan living with lounge/living and dining area. Fitted with Bosch appliances inc dishwasher, oven and microwave. Naturally a fully equipped laundry as well as a downstairs toilet. Parking for two cars is undercover behind a remote controlled lift up door. A front patio is furnished with a 6 seater outdoor setting and a stainless steel bbq. Access to a private health club with pool, spa, sauna and gymnasium is included via security card. Linen, towels, complimetary toiletries, coffee, tea and milk are provided.

Locality

The property can be found on google as Ethelton or we can email you a map. Nearby is the beachside village of Semaphore with shops and cafes. The coast is 1.5 killometres from the villa. The Port River is well known for it's rich marine life and sailing history, with dolphin cruises starting from $5.00 running all year. The dolphins can be seen daily from the marina 50 meters away. The fishermans market is a regular weekend attraction and is only a short stroll across the bridge. Shopping is nearby as well as the Port Adelaide Information Centre which lists all the current attractions.
Only 20-25 mins from the airport or the city of Adelaide. Easily accessed by car or train at your doorstep
