This spacious adults only 3 bedroom villa is set up right on the edge of the marina. Here you will have exclusive access to the
"Edgewater Club" with swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped gym.
Fitted out for executive living with the best appliances and furnishings, including LCD tv, dvd and ipod and Wi-Fi internet access
The open plan living area is airconditioned and has gas space heating as an extra. The front patio is furnished with a 6 seater timber setting and looks across the water. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms are large and all have builtin robes and drawers. The main bedroom has its own balcony and ensuite bathroom with spa bath.
A fully lockable double garage for two cars is under the main roof, There is a free electric BBQ in the park next door, overlooking the marina.

20 mins from the airport and the CBD
Nearby is a host of activities and attractions,such as Adelaides premier golf courses, sporting facilities such as rowing course, wind surfing, fishing, canoeing, and AAMI stadium.
Close to the Heritage Port of Port Adelaide with its shops, weekend markets, pubs and restaurants.
Very close to the beaches of Semaphore and the sailing at Largs Bay and North Haven. The Google map shows as Rennie Road which does not exist but has been replaced with a new road. Wirra drive leads to Yeltu crt on the waters edge near Hart Street Bridge.
You can see the site if you go to Google and type in Ethleton South Australia. The marina is quite visable.
Close to The new ship and submarine building area of Osborne. 1 hour from the Barossa Valley and 1 hour to the southern wine regions
