This tropically inspired beach house has louvre windows and ceiling fans throughout.
A spacious main bedroom leads on to a generous private covered deck. A second bedroom is comprised of 2 single beds. This is the 2 bedroom booking option of the ground floor only.
The large bathroom/laundry adjoining the main bedroom has a wide shower with hip bath ideal for small children. Also included is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The toilet is separate.
The living areas overlook the back garden, where a large North facing deck with outdoor dining setting and an adjustable umbrella provides shade during the heat of the day.
The home backs on to the beach dunes and is a few short steps to the surf. Surrounded by native vegetation it is very private. It is fully fenced with lockable gates both back and front, very secure for young children.

Locality

The home is located on the beachfront of Tallow Beach. It is a 20 minute walk along the beach, or a 3 minute drive, to the Broken Head nature reserve and surfing area. Heading North along the beach will take you to the Byron Bay headland and lighthouse.
The Suffolk Park shopping precinct is just a 10 minute walk and has a hotel, supermarket, chemist, post office, video shop and a number of cafes & restaurants.
Byron Bay is 5 minutes by car or bus which passes the property.
Many of the local tours and activities will pick you up from Suffolk Park.

Property

The home is situated at the back of a large block of land which backs onto the beach dunes. There is ample off street parking. The house is surrounded by a high fence with lockable front and back gates. It also has a large north facing deck and BBQ area. The whole area is surrounded by native vegetation and is very private.
