Holiday house

Villa Sunrise has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

The third-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second-floor bedroom has a queen size, a twin and a double bed.

The villa is well stocked with bed linen, bath and beach towels.

Occupancy is limted to the number of people stated on the booking form.
Smoking and pets are not permitted although you may see the occasional dog or chicken stroll across the lawn.

We provide daily maid and laundry services along with a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, bread and beverages including wonderful balinese coffee.

We can arrange airport pick-up for US$35

The swimming pool at Gaia Oasis is available at all times - no charge if you eat either lunch or dinner at their restaurant, a small charge if you do not. Gaia Oasis also has Yoga classes and massage available every day.

Our Villa manager, Ria, can also arrange a car and driver, tours of the island and many activities.

10/30/04 Positive My boyfriend and I spent a week here in July. The Villa is directly on the beach, and the calm ocean waves lulled us to sleep every night. The food at the Gaia-Oasis was great, and we felt very cared for by Made Dwi, the housekeeper. Whenever we left clothing around, she immediately washed and ironed it.
The massages at the Oasis were wonderful as well. We would gladly come here again and will recommend Villa

Once we reach that 30-day point, the rental fee is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the property for the dates reserved. If we re-book the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee, less a $25 cancellation fee.
