Central, downtown location, close to shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, live performance venues, museums, the Victoria Conference Centre and the world-famous Inner Harbour.

5 minutes walk to Beacon Hill Park and 15 minute walk to the Dallas Road Waterfront, overlooking the beautiful Straits of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better location in Victoria.

Property


The Astoria is a brand new "concrete and steel" building, completed in 2006 and is centrally located in the heart of downtown Victoria BC, Canada.

The building is beautifully maintained and completely secure with controlled access to the building and to each, individual floor.

The south side of the building features a sun-drenched terrace overlooking a forecourt.

Our apartment is on the 5th floor, facing east so it catches the morning sun. The balcony overlooks the gardens of the neighbouring building.

Clean, secure, comfortable, convenient.
