Cottage, Holiday house

The property is a family beach house newly renovated for holiday visitors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms, a large renovated kitchen dining room with new stove, frig, d'washer and microwave.The separate lounge has TV,VCR,DVD and stereo/radio. There is a separate sunroom with sound system. It has a separate laundry with washer and dryer.The huge undercover space for separate entertaining provides another lounge area with computer games, TV,DVD,VCR, barbeque area, a second large frig, kids play, videos and games and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor space and off street parking for cars and boats.

Locality

Woolgoolga is a delightful beach village just north of Coffs Harbour. It has beautiful beaches for swimming and fishing, delightful bush walks and majestic headland. The local Sikh population have contributed to the unique culture of the town. The spectacular white Guru Nanak Gurwara (temple) is well woth a visit. The annual Curry Fest give visitors the chance to sample the food, music and dance of the Sikh culture. Woolgoolga has a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars from the beach fish and chips to the RSL Club. This is a place to relax and savour life.
